Sales Experience in Fintech
01  Markets Pipeline Dashboard
Citi Markets
2025

This is an internal strategic tool designed for Citi’s global Markets division, aiming to unify frag-mented pipeline data across various business lines into a single, role-specific dashboard.

Through extensive user research and stakeholder interviews, we identified the diverse needs of sales, product, and leadership users—from real-time deal tracking to high-level revenue forecasting.

The dashboard features modular, data-rich components including opportunity alerts, role-based analytics, and deal velocity breakdowns. By transforming raw data into actionable insights, the tool significantly improved sales team engagement, enabled better strategic alignment, and enhanced deal conversion visibility.

02 Sales CRM Redesign
Citi Firm
2025

This project addressed a long-standing challenge at Citi: Services, Markets, and Banking teams operated on separate CRM systems, leading to fragmented client data, redundant tools, and limited cross-business visibility for senior leadership.

The redesign unified these systems into a single, firm-wide CRM platform—integrating cross-business data, organizational structure, and key workflows, supported by insight-driven dashboards.

Focused on transparency, efficiency, and growth, the new system enables both relationship managers and executives to manage client relationships with a complete, strategic view—enhancing collaboration and driving business impact.

03  Loan Monetization Impact Evaluation Workflow
Citi SMB
2025

In large financial institutions like Citi, loan monetization decisions can affect multiple business lines. However, stakeholders often lack a centralized view of its client-level impact.

To address this, we designed a cross-functional Loan Monetization Workflow. Sponsors can initiate a workflow to auto-fetch key client data. They may also send questionnaires to sales for additional input, enabling better risk visibility and strategic coordination.

04  Intraday Credit Control
Citi WCR
2023

This project comes in response to previous challenges where Citi was found to have violated 2020 consent orders by not maintaining an enterprise-wide risk management and compliance program.

To address these issues, our project conducts pre-trade risk controls for PSE, Cash, and Derivatives trades, supports whole market sales, ensuring compliance with Citi’s risk management framework. Through the intuitive dashboard and streamlined approval workflow, stakeholders can now manage exposures with greater transparency and efficiency, reinforcing our commitment to robust risk management practices.

05 Nike Basketball Interactive Experience
NOWHERE / Nike
2021

Commissioned by NIKE, NOWHERE designed and developed an interactive basketball challenge for the Nike House of Innovation Shanghai 001.

Inspired by LeBron James’ signature moves, the experience features three challenge modes: Lay Up, Crossover, and Open Court. Players have 60 seconds to activate floor sensors and score by jumping and shooting.

Dual cameras capture key moments, and participants can scan a code afterward to view their scores, performance breakdown, system rating, leaderboard position, and download highlight videos in normal and slow motion.

06 Plaza Lively Floor Game
NOWHERE / Seed Plaza
2021

Seedplaza is a smart community mall developed by Seedland, launched in Jingmen and Yongchuan. Unlike traditional malls, it reimagines social spaces through smart technology.

NOWHERE was invited to design an interactive game floor system integrated into the mall’s atrium. The modular, open design lets users enter and explore freely, with no fixed gameplay. Visual and audio effects are triggered by movement, blending entertainment with functional content like guides and ads, and encouraging spontaneous interaction.
